I’m standing here
Looking in the mirror
One month left
Only one more month of being
Just a teenage girl
But today
I still feel like the little girl
Looking in the mirror
Wearing her moms too big shoes
Wishing that she could grow
And wear heels and dresses
And pretty makeup
But now I see
Looking in the mirror
A real grown-up me
I’ve become everything I wanted
And at the same time
Nothing is as I thought
A grownup life would be
But that's the beauty of it all
Isn’t it?
That I’m still that girl
And this one
Looking in the mirror
